support of this programme through our operating company
B&Q China and offer young, inspiring students
first-hand experience of our international operations. As part of

Our participation in this programme is
very important to us, giving us the opportunity to present our
company to the talent of the next generation, as well as having the
chance to contribute to their personal and professional
development. Companies today have a very important
educational role, especially in developing countries, where the
private sector contributes to and funds community development
projects. In addition, the Global Fellowship gives us as a
corporation, the opportunity to know more about these young adults,
who are the source of our inspiration and innovation.
(Ana Valéria Haddad,
Corporate Communications Director South America)

GKN celebrated its 250th
anniversary. From its origins in South Wales, GKN now has staff in
more than 30 countries, supplying its innovative world leading

the first automotive supplier to invest in China more than 20 years
ago and we very much value cross-cultural
awareness. We are delighted to continue our participation in
the Global Fellowship. The programme provides an excellent
opportunity for the Fellows to experience different cultures in the
business world.
(Stefan

necessary tools to secure a career with a global company.

aligned Natura and Global Fellowship Program are.

universe exists alone; everything is interdependent. We believe
that it's only by recognizing the importance of relationships that
we can achieve peace, solidarity, and pleasure, in all aspects of
life. The greater the diversity, the greater the wealth and
vitality of the whole world We must always strive to promote the
development of individuals, organizations, and society. A passion
for relationships has been at the heart of our way of conducting
business since Natura was first established. As a brand, we believe
we can make the strongest impact on the world around us through
personal relationships. For all this reasons, we are very excited
with this Project and with the possibilities of development. Dear
